"BUYER BEWARE: this property was both mold and bug infested. There was an infestation of roaches from the open beam ceilings which are un-caulked. We also found a centipede in the kitchen, and wasps inside as well. Se took photos of everything. We take 6-8 trips to Maui each year, and we have never had such an awful experience. In addition to the infestation of bugs were the very old air conditioning units in the bedrooms, filled with black mold. I had trouble breathing and was unable to sleep...
