"The staff was exceptional"

"No, there was no where to check in and out at. They promised me a refund for an early check out so far never got one. No front desk, phone to call them on don’t work I emailed no response. Expedia tried to reach out they never responded to them for a refund no response. Staff was nice and very friendly. We upgraded to queen beds and only got 2 full size beds. Rooms were clean. When we showed up there was a staff room with a box on the ground out side with my room key in it. "

"Large rooms which was good, but terrible pillows, beds, and linens. No access to snacks or any food after 4. They had no bottled water, and 2 cups left for water at front desk."

"This condo was just the right size for four adults & 3 kids. It was a bit of a walk to the shuttle but shuttle drivers were good about dropping us right at our condo at the end of the day. Good times all around 😊"
