"Staff only made the bed. Water wasnt refilled Had an issue wirh hot water but it was fixed everytime within minutes "

"Never again. It stated on our reservation, daily housekeeping. When we asked about new towels and cleaning our room, they were horrified. So the room never got cleaned and we had to use the same towels the whole time there. I might add, if you want a good night sleep then this place isn’t for you. The loud music next door every night is atrocious."

"Did not post no ac in room. Ceiling fan small and could not open windows for air circulation. Then charged me extra to move to room w/ ac. Should have put rooms without ac upstairs so at least you could get a breeze. Stained sheets towels tub and toilet. Rips in towels and sheets. Only good thing cook made good banana crepes."

"I wil definitely come back here! The rooms are very nice, the sheets are clean and they have very nice bathroom with hot water. The location is close to a big marketplace and stores and restaurants and 10 min walk to the monkey forest. It's really in the heart of Ubud! The best location!!! I definitely, definitely recommend this place! And also the owners are very kind! Thank you!"

"First of the property was amazing but the rooms where I started to get uncomfortable the walls were moldy and the bathroom didn’t not look properly clean even the toilet had old stains I personally wouldn’t stay in this villa. The amenities were absolutely disgusting the pitcher that holds the water had ants and mold inside I was absolutely disgusted. The lights and water was cut off so I couldn’t shower after an hour ."

"Although a little rundown in places, this property is very good value for money. The staff, although occasionally tricky to track down (not often at reception) are very friendly and accommodating. The garden is lush and peaceful and the swimming pool is great. Located on a busy road with plenty of dining options, the hotel could really do with upping their own F&B offer. There was never anyone eating there and with a bit of a tidy up and some marketing knowhow, they could turn the resort into a...
