However, the staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was very good. The lift was an asset although it did make recurring noises throughout the night. "Un mese di studios a Creta a prezzi favolosi e stupendi. Arriviamo vicino Patrasso per una notte in attesa del traghetto di ritorno. Fatto fatica a trovare l'Hotel perfino col navigatore,fatiscente,camere anguste,il gestore che parlava esclusivamente greco e che fumava mentre eravamo seduti a consumare una colazione inesistente, compresa nel prezzo. La camera offerta per clienti scelti di Venere, 38 euro per una notte, è una vera fregatura. Da cancellare...."
