I liked the huge window we had in our 4th floor room looking down on the cloverleaf and I know that might be an odd thing to like but so many hotels have cramped windows. I appreciated the feeling of spaciousness and it functioned well as TV for the dog! The hotel was very busy too with a lot of guests but didn't seem overwhelmed."

"We were the only guests, but that’s not our fault. The room wasn’t heated properly. One reason was the air conditioner was still mounted in the window so the winter wind blew in around it. Most people in PA take their air conditioner out in the winter to prevent that. Half the electric plugs in the room did not work. They had no maintenance man available to investigate. “Breakfast” was dry cereal, bagels and toast. It is a beautiful house, but they need more practice at running it"
