"good price, good location. will stay again"

"Recently renovated and had a great experience staying here."

"It was a nice, clean hotel with easy access to Bates College. Parking is super easy. All of the staff were wonderful and there is a generous breakfast."

"We had a quick one night stay in the area. The hotel and rooms were clean, although dated and a little tired. It was totally perfect for what we needed. Breakfast was very good with several options. Beds were comfortable, and everything worked well in the bathroom. Despite odd location, it was quiet. Nice to have a gas and Dunkin so close. We would stay here again if in the area."

"great location"

"definitely will return place beautiful and peaceful "

"Love this motel. It was clean and the room was perfect after a day of skiing. Would stay here again! "

"Such a cute place! The owners were very responsive with our questions. We had a wonderful dinner and games in the screen room. Shower is roomy and the water pressure just right. Only wished there was a firepit. The dock was too unsafe to go out on. Would book with these owners again for sure!"

"was a quiet place to go after a local wedding"
