"The Tortuga bay suite is right by the street so you hear the street noise until about 10:30pm on workdays and about 11:30pm on a Friday. The air conditioner doesn’t work well. It makes a noise at night and is quite disturbing. With the many mosquitoes, we could not open the windows and it was quite a terrible experience to sleep at night. The soap and shampoo/body wash are diluted. The fridge is incredibly noisy and you cannot sleep with it being on. The plates are dirty and require extra...

"Great room, helpful staff WHEN they were available. Front desk closes at 6:30. I had told them beforehand that I would arrive around 7. My boat into town was half an hour late. I got a message on Whatsapp at 6:57 that the desk would close at 7. I arrived about 7:30 and someone did come back to check me in. Then about an hour later I managed to lock myself out of my room (I know, I know). I messaged and in about 5 minutes, I got a response that they would return in about an hour and some minutes....
