「Usually there are two shower towels even though there's only one guest but there was only one towel and I was kind of disappointed because I only could shower at night or in the morning when there should be 2 towels if I want to shower at night and if I want to shower in the morning even if there is just one guest」

「Overall was ok, my daughter enjoy the indoor pool. Staff could be more friendly and welcoming to anyone that pay to stay there. When checking in the customer before us got more attention since it was a regular base with the conversation I heard, when it was my time to check in I wasn’t ask about rewards program or anything like that. Receptionist was not welcoming and it seems she only was more friendly with some customers. We usually stay somewhere else but this time I decide to give it a try...

「1. The microwave oven is full of hairy and green food. Has the cleaning staff never cleaned it up? 2. What's more, they actually took away the plate full of maggots and then asked me to use the microwave oven. It's crazy. 3. The staff have a bad attitude.」
