"I was very disappointed with my stay, as my AirPods Pro were stolen from my room. I had left my AirPods Pro in the charging case on the cofe table in my room. When I returned to my room later that day, the charging case was gone. I checked with the front desk, but they had not seen it. I am very disappointed that my property was stolen from my room, and I hardly recommend anyone staying at this hotel."

"No tvs in room and was told on checkout day there was one in lounge area! Breakfast is decent but predictable Staff are very friendly Floors in ngong cottage were broken (tiles in bad condition) and bathroom very tight & stuffy "

They don’t have an online booking system and made me pay money again to in KES and couldn’t reimburse me for the total amount I had already paid on hotels.com.
