The lobby failed to communicate we needed to ask for sheets and towels during check in, so when I arrived at the apartment I freaked out for a moment. "Hotel com uma boa estrutura, mas algumas áreas parecia que estava meio que abandonadas. Banheiro da área da piscina parecia que não era limpo a dias, limpeza no meu quarto só foi um dia, e ficamos lá 5 dias, tinha que ficar pedindo papel higiênico, pq não faziam a reposição, tive a informação que era só deixar a chave na recepção se eu quisesse a limpeza no quarto, mas não foi o que aconteceu. E a pior das situações foi a falta de água quente nos chuveiros, tomamos banho todos os dias, em águas...
