Rooms are clean and comfortable, with wifi.
Staff very pleasant.
Laundry not great but other than that, a good place to stay when travelling.」

「Checked in and left immediately after seeing the cleanliness of the room. Hairs in the bed, mold in the showers, stains on shower curtains.
Expedia was unable to resolve my claim and did not issue a refund. Not the greatest outcome to an already undesirable situation.」

「Overall it was a decent stay, in the end when trying to check-out, I waited a good 10min. waiting for an agent to check me out. I needed to get back on the road again, and could not wait any longer. Unfortunately I called and called out for someone to hear, but nothing, so I left my keycards behind the counter. Very disappointed, I see the cameras facing clientele and either did not see me or was not there at all, there was not a sound coming from the closed door behind the counter either.」

「We travel with kids, so a pool is an important factor when choosing a hotel. At check-in, we were told the pool was “a bit cooler than usual” but that the hot tub was working.
Unfortunately, the pool was absolutely freezing and the hot tub was barely warmer than the pool. We understand that maintenance issues happen, but we would have appreciated honesty at check-in. If we had been told the amenities were essentially unusable, we could have chosen to cancel rather than discover the issue after...
