"I was in the shuttle bus from the airport and the driver informed me the hotel was closed due to renovations. So I called Wyndham and they said my reservation was cancelled. It would have been nice if the had notified me of this. The lady I talked to was able to get me a room a laquinta. I won’t stay at a days inn from now on. Only laquinta or holiday express. "

"Started with the reservation not being confirmed so the property owner did not know we were coming. The hottub in the picture did not work and was gross. Furniture was broken and very uncomfortable. There was not an adequate supply of dishes, not even a regular size frying pan. The sink was backed up because the disposal did not work and the management company did not come to fix it."
