「The water was messed up and there was nothing but hot water in the room. It was fixed for 12 hours and then returned to hot only. The sheets and towels already on a 3 day wait between changes were not changed at all in 6 days. Free breakfast was skimpy at best.」

「I had several issues while I stayed at this location. I had no TV working for 2 days until the night before I departed. I brought it to the attention of the Front Desk as soon as I realized the situation and she told me that she knew nothing about fixing it. I also asked about getting Ice for drinks and she stated the hotel had no Ice machine. She claimed they're were Ice trays in the refrigerator, but there were none. I also looked through the room for an Iron and Ironing Board and found...

「The staff was great. The hotel ran out of bottled water which I did not like. Breakfast was great. The room was pretty good. The furniture was not that clean though. Not sure how often the couch and Ottoman are shampooed. It was better in a room I had before. The location is great if you are visiting people in Daybreak. I will stay there again because overall it still works for me.」
