"The front desk have poor communication skills . No kitchenette in hotel, no microwave and no iron in room or at from desk . No arrangement for taxi service . Simply,” no have” and “cannot “ words you will hear from them. "

"Great location and clean rooms. Mattress was very very firm and there was a lingering drain sewerage smell, just needed some bleach to clean the drain but I couldn’t find any for sale nearby. Staff were helpful and friendly. Toast and coffee in the morning was appreciated "

"The receptionist, Lynn, was an amazing host; she saved my life with an epi-pen and gave great insider tips on Pai! The bathroom could’ve used a bit of cleaning and refilling but it’s a great stay and the hostel itself is very clean! The location is also perfect as it was 6 mins walk to the night market. "
