"We booked soecifically for the heated pool and hot tub. On arrival, we found out the spa was broken and no idea when it would be restored. We tried the pool and it was not heated and the pool area was cold. I told the front desk. They turned up the temp, but of course it was too late to get it warm. The excuse was since the dpa was broken, the room was cold? An"

"Definitely a budget stay! All good for in/out with a dog. Beds were ok but the pillows were very thin, flat and uncomfortable. "

"The smoke alarm went off just after midnight and again around 6AM. There was no obvious smoke and the building was not on fire. I believe that maintenance of the air filter in the heat pump had been ignored, leading to particulates escaping from the filter and subsequently triggering the smoke alarm. Office staff proved unable to deal with this issue in a timely manner."
