「After my first nights stay the hotel claimed they couldn’t find my reservation and made me pay a second time for night 2. They even charged me a higher rate than the original reservation that was already paid for. Then they refused to communicate with me or Expedia after check out to resolve the issue. No response to multiple emails to the hotel manager. I guess I’m out an extra $300! Way to rip off a family visiting your town for a Children’s softball tournament!」

「The Quality Inn in Coos Bay was relatively nice, but a bit dated. The stairs were not always even, which could be hazardous for elderly people, the shower fluctuated hot and turned cold after about 7-10 min. but would get hot again after turning off the water for a min. The first room we were given, one of the beds had been slept on and had a little dirt on the bed and floors, so the staff were kind to give us another room next door, which was great. The hot breakfast was delicious and...

「I’ve never stayed in a motel that didnt have air conditioning. It was stuffy inside my room when I arrived.i opened the windows and door and it was better. This older motel is beside a very busy road and the noise is bad. It quieted down after dark and the temperature dropped outside so I could close the door and windows. I couldn’t get the tv to work. I don’t think I would choose this motel again.」
