"This is a small family run hotel. The hotel is located about 1km from the Shuishe pier and was a easy walk along the lake via the pedestrian bikeway. My bed was the lower bunk, had a privacy curtain, a private light, a USB port, an electrical point and even a fold out desk that could easily accommodate a small laptop. "On the same street as Wyndham Sun Moon Lake, but cost 10x less. Good for 1-2nights stay. Clean place with private, lockable cabins, and very near the ITA Thao shopping street and pier. You can walk along the lake to the cable car station and the Nine Frogs Stack 九蛙疊像. Even though the opening hours of some food stores are quite unpredictable, there are plenty of options and two convenience stores around."

There is a computer that you can use to watch some YouTube. They outsource their laundry service, so no laudry facilities at the premises. Lots of eateries at the doorstep. Though the name is 133, the address is 143 and the entrance is via one of the shop units which leads to a corridor converted from the shop space leading to the hotel at the end. "The hotel is old. The room is old. But the staff are friendly and it’s just near all the amenities such as 7-11 and cheap and good restaurants. The toilet and shower room are clean. The public toilet in level 1 is particularly nice and new. Overall not a bad experience considering its peak season. "
