"Hotel room was extremely dirty. No one vacuum the room. The walls had dirt all over them. The countertop was never wiped down there was dried up food on the counter. We got there late or I would have left to find something else. Pillows were very old and flat but the sheets were clean. We slept and got out of there as fast as we could. One shining star was the Auditor he was a very nice person with good customer service. "
