「Property is dated but well maintained. Our room was recently refurnished, with a very comfortable new bed. And fresh clean sheets. but we the walls were thin and we heard our neighbor’s tv all night until we got up at 6 am
There was coffee in the office every morning at 6 but only powder creamer, not real milk. The manager Chris was very friendly and helpful. the motel honored my special request for extra blankets.」

「I’m so glad we stayed here. It was nothing fancy, but clean and comfortable for a very reasonable price. Starbucks is just on the other side of the intersection for coffee first thing before you hop back on the road.」

「Love location and owners. Some adjustments are needed, this isn’t camping it’s glamping and you cannot do it halfway. Need more AC in second floor units like this one, our unit was well over 100 degrees when we arrived and never got below 80 degrees inside even when temps dipped outside at night, very uncomfortable. Husband left with our dogs on second night because it was too hot for him and them to even get comfortable enough to sleep. Hot water smelled like sewage when running and no hot...

「This was an absolutely beautiful property!!! Loved all
The farm animals (horses, chickens, roosters, peacocks and piggies!). The cabins were so well kept and cozy. The property itself was absolutely beautiful if you enjoy animals and the great outdoors! We did not want to leave!!! We will absolutely be coming back to this property! Also Raystown Lake is stunning and we hiked numerous trails that were within a half hour of the property and had an amazing experience!! I would definitely...
