"Upon checking in, I found that the floor had not been swept and I found a walnut size cockroach on it's back and still alive. I went to ask for a dustpan and broom. I went back to the office with the intention of showing them (no yelling involved) that their housekeeping staff is not doing an adequate job and the young female receptionist accused me of being disrespectful. I was a bit confused and flabbergasted. They accepted my money in exchange for a clean room and she felt that I was the...
