「This hotel is so run down and dirty. Our non smoking room smelled like cigarettes and dirty feet. The toilet wouldn’t flush & when we went to check the flusher the tank was covered in black mold. The carpets are super dirty too. With the insane amount they charge on UGA game weekends, you’d think they could deep clean, paint, repair it. Also, even though check out is at 11am, your key stops working early in the morning of check out. So if you even go to your car for something, it will take a...

「For years we have stayed at this Quality Inn in Washington,
GA. It had been a while since our last stay, and quite frankly, we were totally shocked. This Inn used to be clean, kept up to date with carpets, accommodations, amenities. However, our last stay was such a disappointment. The breakfast that used to offer eggs, bacon, juice (that wasn't frozen), regular-sized napkins (instead of cocktail napkins) only offered waffles. There was no fruit, and very frozen butter for the waffles! ...

「The room was dirty, smelled terrible, and was completely unlivable\. There were stains on the bed and walls, the bathtub was filthy, and the floors were buckled from what appeared to be water damage\. It was a horrible experience.
We did not stay at the property because of the conditions\. We immediately requested a refund, but have not received a response yet\. We had to find another place to stay at our own expense.
I would not recommend this property to anyone.」

「I have no words. I am someone who does not mind a hotel that isn’t fancy but this was lower than the worst!!! From the outside it looks charming but when you walk in!! First you are hit with a stench! They automatically take your payment so you cannot leave to go somewhere else. Then you go in… when I say it should be condemned!!!! The back door is broken so it is not a secure place at all. There are broken refrigerators as well as a treadmill laying in the hall beneath the stairway. Definitely...
