"Pros: helpful and nice staff, clean bedroom and bathroom. Cons: absolute lack of maintenance, the hotel was build few years ago and since then there was no maintenance at all. Paint is peeling of the walls and ceiling, gardens without flowers, common areas look like construction yard, there is no space to hang around, sit together, etc. Fotos has been taken in the time the hotel was opened. Now it looks much different."

"From service to facilities, it was a terrible experience. The staff is incompetent and unhelpful. The check-in process was frustrating, it seems they didn‘t have our booking in the system for 2 rooms. The rooms were still being cleaned even though we arrived in the evening. The water in the shower didn‘t run. The AC didn‘t work. The doors didn‘t close. The curtains on the bed smelled. The wifi barely worked. The way up to the receptions and the rooms is very steep, maybe difficult for less fit...

"This is an amazing private resort. Location is amazing, staff so friendly and helpful. We had a great day trip to Komodo, to see the Komodo dragons and also swim with manta rays and turtles. Amazing snorkelling right by the resort at the jetty as well. "

"Very very friendly and welcoming hosts - speaking very good English. Delicious breakfast with homeroasted coffee Wonderful surrounding garden with chickens and cute cats. Would come back any time again."
