"Really great place. It's just opened so everything is new and the environment cosy. Location is good and the promotional price I paid was excellent value with included breakfast and a nice 5-bed shared room with a decent bathroom. "The door lock was broken, there was a lot of noise on the second floor, and the dog barked incessantly. I checked that breakfast was included, and he said, "Let me show you a picture of where it says so." I showed it to him, even though he knows perfectly well it's included. "This hotel is close to the Center, in a very quiet street with a view of the Mombacho Volcano. The Manager speaks very good English and to able to advise us on the places to see, always fussing really very nice! the room are large and comfortable, the beds too, own bathroom and wifi works very well. the terrace with the balcony upstairs with the view on the volcano is superb. In addition it is the cheapest in the city, I really suggest!"

"Kitchen is downstairs. No cooking in rooms. No AC just fans. Started getting hot in April already 90. You can cool off in the pool, which they keep clean. I stayed in the apartment with living room, private bathroom and separate bedroom. I ask for my cleaning man days and Thursdays. Showers are cool not hot. Very nice. "
