"Been more than 10 years of traveling but this is the first time I have to move out in the middle of the booking cause their bad services. Staffs very unhelpful, no welcome drink, restaurant taste bad, room are not clean as request. General Manager were careless attitude and accused me for complaining to get benefits. They promised to give me the refund for the night that i didnt stay but i am not sure i could still get it back. This hotel definitely not qualified as 5 stars. And its a shame of...

"Excellent location for restaurants, beach and shopping. Room was spacious and shower was excellent. The fridge in our room did not work, there was only one chair and the pool was ankle deep on arrival, was full by day 2. Staff bad limited to no English and did not replace our fridge until the afternoon of the third day of our stay. Room resembled online pictures but dated and not well maintained. Would not stay again."
