「Staff at check-in were very helpful in correcting a mistake I made in booking. Room and whole facility was very clean. My only issue was a slight musty smell in our room that didn’t go away after running the AC all night. Breakfast in all HI Expresses has been the best of all other hotels. Plenty of options and the food is great. 」

「Decent hotel with a good breakfast. Rooms were comfortable. The bathroom had some issues with repairs and cleanliness but it was bearable. Very close to Foster Falls which was amazing to go to. Not much is around other than that. No laundry or pool. But there is a small gym. Overall would stay there again for the price and comfort. 」

During our stay, the hotel experienced a power outage in the afternoon for a long time, which greatly affected our accommodation experience. 「It was hard find hotel at first but if U pass the McDonald’s turn road beside the Hardee’s the hotel is on the left. GPS told us to turn before U get to McDonald’s we went through that parking lot until we figured out there was another North Smith Road.
