"Quand je suis arrivé à la réception il n’y avait personnes, seulement un numéro de téléphone pour assistance, j’appel et il me dise que l’hôtel est fermer depuis six mois alors que j’avais fais ma réservation deux mois au paravant avec Hotel.com. Vraiment non professionnel de la pars de Hotel.com je n’aurai pas du être capable de faire une réservation d’un établissement qui était fermé. J’attend mon remboursement et une compensation pour cette mauvaise expérience."
