"We really enjoyed the stay. It was a quiet and peaceful resort"

"Cute, cozy, and well decorated little cabins on a nice campground-style location. We really enjoyed our weekend here, and both Gretchen and Roger were warm, friendly, welcoming hosts. There is a chicken coop with about a dozen friendly, well-behaved hens that roam the property and love checking out the human visitors. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a lttle getaway near Greers Ferry Lake or a unique "off the beaten path" experience in central Arkansas."

"Went to stay here for the eclipse and they truly have great customer service. The place is run by a very nice family and the property is beautifully taken care of. Our room was clean and cozy and they even offer firewood and a small firepit outside for guests to use. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Blanchard Springs Caverns was beautiful. The town was nice to walk thru visiting stores. Be ware lots of places on AR are closed on Mon and or Tues."

"The property is situated in a valley so has no wifi or cable. there are 2 tvs, so if you want to watch a movie, bring a dvd or blueray player. The stairs going to the loft are very steep, so be careful. Overall, the home is gorgeous, very comfortable beds, the water pressure was good. the property runs with septic, so be mindful of that if you have several people showering and/or doing laundry."

"Staff were very helpful in addressing problems we had during our stay. The room furniture is a bit outdated, no phone line or working phone to call front desk but the office is close to the actual rooms. Beds were more firm, which was fine for us. Parking was right by the room, always had parking available. "

"We came to the lake for the day. Swimming, hanging out got a room for the night due to drive was a long way back. Room was fine and clean. Service was questioning need for additional blankets due to being cold. I didn’t like that and need breakfast to be included."

"The staff was very nice but she didn't have much of a facility to work with. The hotel was dilapidated and definitely didn't meet and expected standards i would expect from Days Inn. Please renovate. "
