「The laundry room was clean and the receptionist at the front desk was nice. The smell of bleach hits you right in the face walking through the front doors and crumbling brick exterior. The bed was clean and comfortable, the bathroom was gross, there were obviously patched holes in the door and the shower head was filthy and had three terrible settings. How this place has the ratings it has are a complete mystery to me. I would never stay here again, it was a surprising a place this terrible has...

「Hot tub was not working.Pool was not working.No electric kettle in room.Coffee maker in room was not working.Chairs in room dirty.Only one juice was in breakfast and there was water coming in other three outlets.No brown bread was provided.No egg in breakfast.」
