「It really is as beautiful as the pictures. However, the indoor pool has been closed since February. My grandkids & I were thankful for the free HOT breakfast. Bacon & eggs, sausage, biscuits and fried potatoes! Saves a lot of money when there are four kids :) The Inn is almost an hour from where my grandkids live but this will be my go-to from now on whenever I visit ♡」

「This was our second time staying at Crewe, and we were again very happy with our stay. The staff is always so welcoming and friendly. The property is a refurbished motel, which has been wonderfully updated and maintained. Our room is always clean and they even provide daily housekeeping. Breakfast isn't extravagant, but it does provide a ln adequate start to the day, and having a restaurant on-site is a bonus after a long day.
We will be staying again & highly recommend.」

「The staff was very friendly at check-in and check-out. However, there were several times during my 2-night stay where staff were standing directly next to the entrance door smoking cigarettes - you couldn't enter or exit the building without being covered in second-hand smoke - digusting! I was in town for family weekend at one of the local colleges so I realize demand was high, but the $170/night room charge was significantly more than the property should be charging given the condition -...

「This was by far the worst hotel I’ve stayed in. The rooms were dirty, the hallways were dirty, the dining room was dirty and I arrived when it opened. There was only stale bread and milk in the fridge that was spoiled. One front desk staff was polite but would not pass on contact info for the manager. I did email him 3 times with no response. I left after one night but was charged another night for early checkout. Please do not stay there, it is inhabitable.」

「The bed in Room 216 was made up with dirty sheets. I was relocated to Room 218 and that bed was also made up with dirty sheets - unhygienic, unprofessional, disgusting and disrespectful. I do not recommend this hotel.」
