「The room was ok, however their was a lot of children in the hotel, of which were not quiet during sleeping hours 11-5am. No control from the adults to allow children to roam halls and disrupt paying guests that were trying to sleep from a long travel to the property. The area surrounding the hotel didn't look safe. As a paying guest, I didn't have a great experience. 」

「The area surrounding this hotel was not safe. There were many homeless people in the parking lot asking for money, and sleeping in their cars. We witnessed drug use by some of the patrons. I will not be staying here again.」

「We were very disappointed with one major problem. We were there for three nights without TV during the NCAA Final Four games. The hotel said they were switching cable providers and there were problems. We ask for an adjustment for our room charges and they refused, saying it was the cable company's fault. We have crossed this hotel off our list based on their response and attitude in dealing with a problem that is clearly their responsibility. 」

「We were traveling and just needed a place to stop and sleep for 7 hours so this hotel was sufficient for our purposes. The hotel was clean but quite outdated, but that didn’t matter for us at this time. Beds were comfortable and hotel was quiet. Breakfast was mediocre but again was sufficient to get us on our way. Would recommend for similar objectives for a stay. Price was a good value for what we needed. 」
