"Exceptional Service at Reception by Keith Kitson, the Guest Relations Manager. We arrived at the hotel at 10 PM only to realize our reservation had been made for the wrong date. What could have been a stressful fiasco quickly turned into a positive experience thanks to his exceptional service. He personally assisted us in contacting Expedia and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and assured. His professionalism and kindness truly made the difference. Seeing how tired we were from our travels he even helped us with our luggage to our room. Truly exceptional. I will definitely be returning."
