「If you tell customer breakfast is at 6:30 AM, that should happen! I paid for a breakfast that was not there- nothing, and no one was there!
Only a 12 cup coffee maker for a hotel is an insult.
You coffee sucks; your service sucks!
You got mold growing above the shower!
No phones in the room means no service if you have problems- or load guest at 2:39 am!」

「Unfortunately, the property is older and has not been kept up to date.
The vent fan in the bathroom was missing the cover. And, the ceiling tiles had water stains which may be a sign as to the source of the water on the floor.
The bath towel was the smallest and thinnest ever seen. And they only provided one.
The cover on the air conditioner was falling off.」
