「Exterior door at the end of corridor was never locked. Breakfast bar was about the worst I ever saw. There were two uncomfortable straight back chairs in the room. Electrical outlets were at a minimum. The freezer in the refrigerator was completely clogged with frost. No anti slip in tub

「Our room had no carpet.... Just a concrete floor that wasn't very smooth or even. No ESPN. We didn't try the restaurant, but the reception area smelled good. Coffee available in lobby only. Our balcony overlooked the roof of lower portions of the facility. 2 bottles of complimentary artisan water come with the room, but they are glass bottles. That seemed odd with the bare concrete floor. Overall the experience wasn't bad, just a bit non-enchanting.」

「I asked for a first floor room. Little did I know that the first floor had about 5 or 6 broken stone steps going to it. The railing was very loose. The room smelled very musty until we turned the heat on. The beds and pillows were very comfortable.」

「My 97-year-old Mother and I loved our stay at the Boone Sleep Inn. We had stayed at the Westin Hotel in TownCtr-VA Beach three nights before we arrived in Boone and the Sleep Inn was far better in every aspect. Breakfast (free) was fabulous and their sanitation rating is 100%!! We had fresh towels and beds were made each morning! I felt we were in a 5-star hotel!! I highly recommend The Sleep Inn-Boone!!」
