"The staff were courteous. The room was well equipped. Location was central and safe. The hotel is over a small theatre which wasn’t an issue but means the lobby is pretty small. The rooftop space is very nice under utilized. If appears some floors have some construction still underway. The room was clean enough but could use a deep scrub in places."

"My stay was fine. The beds were standard comfy and had the usual spot for your chargers and the lockers were big. I felt safe at the hostel but the cleaning and showers - omg. Never seen so much hair and stains in toilets! I saw cleaners frequently but the bathrooms were always disgusting! There were no bins in the showers or by the sinks so people left their contacts, floss and rubbish everywhere! The showers were designed by an idiot. The doors didn’t close and the shower heads couldn’t be...
