"Llegamos a la habitación y no funcionaba el radiador, hacia mucho frío, tuvimos que dormir con forro polar, la cama de las niñas tenía edredón y nuestra cama con doble colcha fina además crujía mucho el somier y el cabezal, pedimos mantas pero fue insuficiente. Y el baño era compartido que en la reserva no estaba especificado."

Aucune tablette pour poser un produit salle de bain. Et réclamation de la facture alors que c'était déjà payé depuis le jour de la réservation. Votre site a vous ne mentionne aucun numéro de réservation et le paiement est affiché sur la 3e page. Pas clair du tout expedia c'est expédié. Non pas...

"Terrible experience—the GPS coordinates and instructions were incorrect and we ended up in the middle of nowhere, with four kids. We called the Albergue for four hours at the number they provided, between check-in hours, no answer. Emailed the property, no answer. We ended up reserving another hotel on the spot after wasting an entire afternoon trying to contact this hotel. We were charged anyway. Not sure if we just couldn’t find the place and no one responds, or whether it doesn’t even exist...

"Es un establecimiento recomendable como base para hacer excursiones por la zona. La relación calidad-precio es bastante buena, la atención de la persona responsable fue excelente, un desayuno con productos locales muy completo, el menú de comida casera muy sabrosa a un precio razonable(16€). Sin embargo, creemos necesario mejorar y renovar la habitación y en especial el baño, que son muy viejos."
