「Expedia needs to take this hotel off of their listing. We never got checked into this hotel. Even though I called the hotel for 3 hours prior to us arriving and they said it would not be a problem we got there and they said they did not have a room for us. Why did they not tell me that when I called. I got all kind of excuses so we ended up staying in another hotel. This whole experience just really sucked」
