"They advertise that they have kitchens but they all do not. The bathtub does not drain so we had to stand in water to take a shower. The staff did not want to help us bc we booked through Expedia. But I’m sure she still could have given us a different room. We had a great time the pool was great and location was wonderful. Housekeepers were friendly and helpful. We will definitely go back but get a diffrent room."
