「Really nice and clean hotel especially for the price. The Innside restaurant was absolutely amazing proper Mom and Pop shop that has been in Chattanooga for over 30 years. Now the cons- the receptionist had a passive aggressive attitude, and at night many people were outside our door making lot's of noise and finally our room also was tricky to get in as the card sometimes straight up refused to work. 「We were promptly greeted and given the room we asked for. The room was freshly painted and clean. We really appreciated the complimentary shampoo, conditioner and lotion- smelled so good. The steamer came in handy! The gym was well equipped and the breakfast has something for everyone. We enjoyed our stay.」

「The laundry facilities were coin-operated only, and the staff didn't have change, so I couldn't use them. Although the room was in a non-smoking area, it smelled terrible and had old, cracked floors. The sheets smelled bad, and the breakfast lacked variety. Only two towels were provided for a room meant for four people. The front desk staff were very friendly, but overall, I wouldn't stay at this hotel again.」
