「Employee, Simone was excellent. Although working front desk, she personally to clean handicapped room. Room not ready at 3pm. Told us at least half hour and then more delay. Told us we could get a refund and go to another hotel. This was another management type personThere was only one luggage trolley to move our stuff and the wheels didn't work properly. We had to hand carrier our luggage from the third floor to elevator to elevator and the exit despite being handicap with mobility impairment....

「The room was clean and well taken care of. The halls were very bright, signs were well placed. The only complaint we had was the internet is only logged in for two hours at a time. We’d have to login in over and over throughout our three night stay. We didn’t interact with staff only though check in and out. But they were friendly at that point.」
