「We chose the Cimarron because of the quality, cleanliness and service the property is known for. Friday before check in, a family we're with received a call their room needed to be changed due to flooding. They were offered 2 king rooms, they declined because they're traveling with kids, so they stayed in the President's Suite. At no point was I contacted that there was an issue, so I assumed our room was not affected. Upon checking in, Brandon (manager) told me of the flooding, that no rooms...

「Staffs are very nice and breakfast are awesome. They also provide laundry service and snacks. But the door is not very good to block noise in the hallway. The door of bathroom is not good designed.」
