「We were looking forward to staying here, but the overall stay was disappointing and frustrating. Although the facilities and location are nice, the stay was not good value for money - the room was dirty on arrival, the water was cold, the hairdryer broken, and the luggage nearly an hour late - this all made arrival surprisingly bad. There were no amenities or welcome items to the room. I shared this with management and responses to sort this out were late and could have been dealt with...

「酒店在珍珠岛上有优先权，进出游乐园的短驳车优先来接，这对于带孩子来说的家庭是个利好。房间整体不算新，但是服务真的很舒服，特别感谢会说中文的TIEN，任何时候任何事请都能及时协助帮忙，最后退房还为我们争取到下午两点，让两个孩子在房里舒舒服服的睡了个午觉。酒店免费提供从前一家酒店退房衔接到入住，以及退房后送机的服务，是专人专车，这点也特别贴心。总体入住体验很好，从餐厅到前台以及接送小哥，都很亲善，对孩子们很友好，特别感谢。」

「小朋友在kidsdom 嘅體驗好滿意，也有很多給小朋友的活動👍 員工親切有禮。別墅內的地方很大，乾淨整潔，設備也充足。有機場接送巴，也有免費車到市區和碼頭，非常好。唯一缺點就是太少大人方面的體驗活動。商店也只有一小間。希望可以增加水上活動，例如香蕉船呀，小朋友的游泳設施等。整體體驗好滿意！下次有機會亦會再次入住，也會推介給朋友👍👍」

「The facilities are well maintained. There are various activities for young children to play. We like the archery and water park. I am surprised that toys are provided at the beach. However, there are few things we would like to suggest for improvement: 1. Too few washrooms nearby the restaurants. 「Great experience Very nice pool, really enoyed Great breakfast but it would have been nice if lunch and dinner would have been better」
