「Only stayed one night....didn't have time to really use anything. Looked nice, however. Very good breakfast.」

「We were given a room with a leak in the ceiling right over the toilet. When we complained they said there was nothing they could do and did not offer us another room. We had to use the bathroom in the hallway. The young woman never mad eye contact. We were not allowed a refund because we had booked the room through Expedia. 」

「Upon arrival, it was unclear where to park and check in. We waited for staff to arrive due to a mix up on arrival date.Not sure where this confusion came from. Room was dated, musty. The shower door was jammed and unable to open. There was nobody on property to contact although there was a person we could call. She was helpful but filling in for regular staff. 「The hotel was lovely, staff excellent, but can’t help the noisy location. The traffic outside was loud but not sure what can be done. A little coffee maker in the room would be a nice touch. 」

「The staff was courteous. Big soccer weekend and soccer mom’s were taking all the snacks that should have been guests breakfast. Older, could use new carpet in the elevator, but overall served our needs. 」

「Pool had rust in it and pretty dirty. Tub was pretty dirty looking but overall we had a good stay. Staff was nice especially the breakfast lady and one of the cleaning guys. Lots of restaurants around the area. Probably wouldn’t book again just bc we went for the indoor pool and seeing the shape it was in. 」

「1. The photos on the Expedia web site are fake. At least 20 years old. 2. The room was dirty. 3. No hot water. No toilet paper. 4. The refrigerator was unplugged and moved away from an electrical outlet. I had to move it. 5. The mattress on one bed squeaked whenever I sat or laid on it. 6. The A/C unit thermostat was so dirty from cigarette smoke that I had to clean it so I could move the switch from heat to cool. I had to get the proprietor to fix it. 7. 「The room smelled awful. The toilet rocked when sat upon. Toilet seat was loose and shifted.The shower head was at adult shoulder level. The water basically fell out- no water pressure at all. The crowning touch was the curly hair on the ice bucket tray. I asked to be moved, and the 2nd room was a virtual twin to the first.
