room was clean, staff was friendly. complimentary soap/shampoo pretty much unusable. impossible to get enough to lather out of the dispenser. tub drain nearly clogged totally.

We enjoyed our stay. I had called ahead of time to make sure we were able to be near our friend that was traveling with us.
