Sehr in die Jahre gekommen, aber sauber war es. Die Betten sind Leider eine Katastrophe, denn auf dem Boden wäre es sicher genauso komfortabel gewesen. Die Betten sind steinhart. Das Steak im Restaurant aber gehört zu dem besten was ich je hatte.

Hotel ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, trotzdem war alles sauber und die Einrichtung ok. Personal und Frühstück waren auch super. Hübscher kleiner Park nebenan läd zum spazieren ein.

Das gesamte Personal, ausgenommen die beiden Herren am Empfang zum Zeitpunkt der Ankunft, machte einen lustlosen, unfreundlichen und total überforderten Eindruck. Zum Frühstück wurden die Tische sehr, sehr langsam und missmutig vom benutzten Geschirr der Gäste geräumt. Es gab nicht genug Kaffeetassen. Kommentar: „Wir haben keine mehr.“ Kaffeemaschine wurde nicht gesäubert. Alles passierte nur auf Hinweis der Gäste. Das Personal hatte in keinster Weise einen Blick für das Geschehen. Trotz übervoller Tische mit benutzten Geschirr, stand man in 2er Gruppen zusammen und unterhielt sich. An der Rezeption fehlte es den Damen an jeglicher Empathie. Ich werde von einem weiteren Besuchs des Hotels Abstand nehmen.

Zimmer sehr groß und sauber. Zum Hinterhof ruhiges Zimmer. WLAN Katastrophe, so gut wie kein Internet! Videomeeting keine Chance, sehr ärgerlich!!! Reinigungskräfte leicht nervig kurz nach 8 Uhr schon am klopfen, obwohl man keine Reinigung gewünscht.

Das Appartement war höchstens 1 Stern Möbel defekt, Stühle das Leder zerrissen Schranktür der Kommode hing Im Bad überall Schimmelbildung an der Decke und ein total eckelhafter Plastevorhang anstatt Glasabtrennung Die Bilder der Webseite sind der absolute Fake Schade das ich keine Bilder hochladen kann, wir waren geschockt und hatten den Eindruck dass wir das schlechteste Appartement bekommen haben weil wir nicht direkt im Hotel gebucht haben Würde dort nie wieder buchen Denke darüber nach mich an die Dehoga zu wenden um diese 4 Sterne mal prüfen zu lassen

Hotel ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber noch ganz ok. Leider lag das Zimmer zur Straße gerichtet, somit war die Straßenbahn und der Verkehr bei einem undichten Fenster etwas nervig. Hinzu kam, dass das Zimmer über keine Klimaanlage verfügte und auf der zur Sonne ausgerichteten Seite lag, somit waren hohe Zimmertemperaturen vorprogrammiert. Bis auf eine Person am Empfang war das Personal sehr entgegenkommend und freundlich. Frühstück war ganz ok, etwas mehr Auswahl könnte nicht schaden. Parkplätze vor dem Hotel sind rar. Der Park nebenan aber war schön.

So macht das Hotel einen soliden Eindruck, der große weiße Kühlschrank war zwar praktisch aber passte nicht so recht in ein Hotelzimmer, das Bett war sehr weich, aber es gab Kissen genug, und so konnte man es eine Nacht aushalten!
