シンプルです。以上。

快適なホテル暮らしを求めている方にはあまりお勧めできません。部屋はけっして広くなく内装は学生寮並み。 ただ、立地は悪くなく、シンプルながらも朝食が付いているので予算重視の旅行者にとって選択肢の一つになるでしょう。

Infelizmente tivemos uma desagradável surpresa no café da manhã, do domingo chegamos 1 hora antes do término do café e não tinha pães ovos e quando perguntamos..disseram que acabou! Mas no geral é um ótimo hotel

Better than expected. Very convenient location.

The hotel is right next to a tram stop. Tram 10 goes to the main train station and the airport. Tram 6 can take you from the train station to the hotel. Very quiet late at night. Up a hill from the train station so the trams are nice. We went straight to the airport on the tram which saved money and saved a taxi or trip to the main train station. Room was clean. Breakfast was ok and satisfying. Overall I would definitely go back and recommend it.

Best hotel in Zurich!

Amazing! We love Zurich, we LOVE Comfort Inn Royal Zurich, we've stayed at this hotel 5 times in the last 15 years. They have upgraded all the rooms, the beds are fabulous, clean clean clean!!!! beautiful bathrooms, the breakfast is outstanding, friendly accommodating staff, we would highly recommend it. The location is superb, we love jumping on and off the tram right at the front door, close to the Hauptbanhof, easy to get to the Flughafen, great place!

Hotel limpo, perto do centro

Adorei o Hotel, perto da estação de trem e do centro. Silencioso, limpo, banheiro e quarto em um bom tamanho para duas pessoas. Atendentes prestativos. Única coisa ruim é que solicitamos cama de casal e era duas de solteiro que eles juntaram.

櫃台服務人員親切，房間也清潔的很乾淨，位置離市區的火車站只要坐公車約2站，早餐雖然款式不多，但是吃的飽

I won't stay there again

Definitely overpriced for the room and services included. Room walls are so tony, you can even hear somebody sneezing. Rooms are also very tiny and not that comfortable. The hotel also blocks the charge of the first night in your credit card without any notice in advance (although you select the option "pay at the hotel" during your booking), and this is something very very unpleasant. Breakfast is just sufficient, with personnel not excessively friendly.

GOOD LOCATION

it would be great if the hotel can advise guest to take tram no 6 or 10 from the main train station which stop in front of the hotel which less walking distance and climbing the long steep staircase.

除了早餐與浴簾不喜歡，其他都可以接受。

廁所很小，浴缸裡面洗澡，浴簾容易粘到身上，很不方便。 早餐只能說有，狀況不好。建議去外面吃比較划算。 至於其他部分都還不錯，有冷氣、有電梯(只能容納3人) 電視沒有HDMI，看似冰箱的mini bar是假的，不會冷，只是mini bar 請別把東西拿進去冰。

Gutes Hotel nahe dem Stadtzentrum

Die Zimmer sind auch für Geschäftsreisende technisch perfekt ausgerüstet, sehr sauber, nicht sehr groß aber mit einem Bett in dem man nach einem anstrengenden Arbeits- oder SightseeingTag wirklich gut schlafen kann! (in vielen Hotels - oft auch höherer Kategorie - keine Selbstverständlichkeit!) Kosmetiktücher wurden weder am 1. noch am 2. Tag aufgefüllt ! Bei unserer Ankunft trafen wir auf einen sehr kompetenten Rezeptionisten, später hatten wir es mit einer weniger informierten Kollegin zu tun.
