The room was clean enough, with a fairly equipped kitchen. It is located really close to a church, which means a lot of noise from the bells, when the windows are closed it's not that bad, but then the room just gets really hot and uncomfortable - there's a way to turn down the heating, but I didn't notice it did anything. In addition, since we had to keep the windows open, flies got into the room - some nets on the windows would have been helpful.

Nice location in heart of Zurich. No onsite staff which made check in a touch challenging. Quiet hours were not observed by a neighboring unit and the lack of onsite staff made enforcement impossible. Unit nicely appointed with balcony, great bed. Close to coffee, grocery and local transport.

We were in Zürich for New Years and everything about this property was amazing! The room was clean, easy to access, and had a good view. It was centrally located and great walking distance from just about anything. If you’re not a walker there is plenty of public transportation. There’s public parking garages but you do have to pay. The only issues we had with our room was the shower drain wasn’t working properly and water flood into the bedroom. we had to use all our towels to clean it up and there were no extras in the spare closet. Because of the holiday they were never replenished but it really wasn’t that big of an issue. If you do come to zurich during a major holiday like new years, just know a lot of the city shuts down even the few days after! There are a lot of other locations Numa Apartments have and I definitely will be using them if available when traveling!!

Good choice if you don't mind the clock tower

While it's not in the main part of town, it's only a short walk. There are several shops nearby for food. The top floor unit is very spacious, clean, and well lit. It is good for a family of four. Evening noise is reasonable for being in the city. The clock tower is unwelcome if you are a light sleeper or want to wake up late. It does get warm in the sleeping loft so you must open the windows or run the fans. The biggest issue is the bathroom. The shower was not designed well so water leaks everywhere. There was water damage to the door so it does not shut. There needs to be a slope and ledge at the edge of the shower so that water drains correctly.

Good not great

7/10. The property really wasn’t very clean, especially the floor. Walking a few steps on it and your socks are covered in dust. It also gets very noise, especially in the evenings. The doors out to the balcony ideally need to be made of thicker glass as to block out the noise. It’s a small studio which gets incredibly warm, but there was no air con or fans provided, so at times it was uncomfortably warm. Cleaning of the room was not included in the price, which is really poor. If you want your room to be cleaned, you have to pay a fee, which doesn’t seem fair considering you’ve already paid to stay there. The location of the property is good, with plenty of local amenities in walking distance; shops, bars, restaurants, public transport etc. The price of the studio was also very competitive given how expensive it is to stay in Zurich. The communication from Numa was good and the process of checking in and out of the property is very easy. I would just about stay here again, but there are a number of things that need to be improved in order for other people to have a better experience

This property was great to use for a base for sight seeing in Zurich. Walking distance from Zurich HB train station. Coop (supermarket), McDonald's and Starbucks one minute walk. The room was spacious, kitchenette had small hob, microwave kettle and coffee maker. Would recommend for families.

Cute room. Only negative experience is there is no AC or a fan. The tv is awkwardly on the wall right next to the bed and the church right next door rings their bells every 15mins and on Sunday there’s a nonstop bell for 15mins from 9:45-10:00am.. it’s very loud when it happens.

It was a perfect place for our family trip. Location was perfect (right around the corner was a tram stop easily accessible to all places in Zurich) room was exactly the same condition as shown in photos. Crystal clean. Easy access for self check-in. Safe area. Easy check out system. During our stay had questions for late check out and luggage storage and the staff was easily contacted and very helpful. (Late check out can be confirmed on the day of check out and only 1 extra hour was possible.) Complimentary water bottles, coffee capsules, snacks and beverages were surprising. Bed was comfortable and towels were efficient. Left us a Very good impression and made us willing to stay at other locations.

The first floor corner room is extremely small with 2 windows and a sliding door. Because of the wall space limitation, the TV is mounted closely on the left side of the bed. It’s IMPOSSIBLE to watch tv from the bed or any sitting area. I also hit my head when I fail to adjust the tv. No instructions for tv and AC. It’s noisy with bars nearby. Doors have only have the electronic entry lock. No other lock for additional security when inside the room.

Når man bestiller gjennom hotels.com får de ikke mailadresse eller annen kontaktinfo, så jeg måtte selv ringe Numa for å få mailen jeg skulle hatt med innsjekkingsinfo. Dette er et leilighetshotell uten resepsjon. Rommet/leiligheten var helt topp. Et stort bad, er lite kjøkken med absolutt alt jeg trengte, stoler og bord både inne og på balkongen. Matbutikker, restauranter og cafeer like ved og perfekt beliggenhet. De vaska ikke på den fem dagene jeg var der og det var helt greit. Jeg kunne finne alt jeg trengte i et skap i gangen. Håndklær, dopapir, mer kaffe til Nespresso-maskina, til og med adapter til stikkontakt, vifte og øreplugger. Da det ble skikkelig varmt den ene dagen hadde de plutselig satt inn en mobil AC. God seng, god dyne og alt veldig bra. Til og med oppbevaringsbokser som tok en stor koffert😌
