物有所值,不愧是全球連鎖飯店
地點不錯,離蘇黎世機場很近,離S10輕軌捷運站也很近,下了捷運走路3分鐘即達,附近環境安靜,但是有些餐廳與COOP超市,飲食也很方便

入住時剛好遇到大批團客,但櫃台非常迅速的幫我完成check in。停車方便,房間乾淨,早餐豐盛。地點離市中心稍遠,附近商店不多。相對於瑞士的物價,此飯店是高CP值。

Great location in CBD~very close to the TRAM station to offer convenient transportation to the airport or other spots~but there can be shuttle service to airport 24 hours~ Good breakfast and clean rooms~I'm impressed with this hotel~

This hotel scared us but staff were nice !
I have booked the room for two adults and two kids, this hotel arrange us one more extension sofa bed which was not comfortable and seem will fall down soon! And our room was connecting room with another room, it has one more door connected two rooms, our neighbors can open our door suddenly, it scared us!!! Finally we found the staff go to another room to lack the door! Furthermore, it is too noisy, we can heard someone talking very clearly! By the way, the staff are nice! And the room rate was really cheap!

On the first night around 1am there were bugs on the bed which really put us off but they gave us another room straight away. After that the room was perfect. Location great near airport and easy travel to Zurich town . Breakfast was good. Overall it was a good stay.

Very disappointed!
Have stayed in many Novotel hotels including this one many times. Very disappointed with this hotel. Very dated and tired. Bar and restaurant were closed the whole time we were there. It's definitely not the same as when we stayed in the past. Children's play area was very poor. Hotel is under renovation and covered in scaffolding but we weren't told about this or what amenities were unavailable when booking. We hope the standards improve when work is done. If we knew what we know now we would not have stayed there

I wouldn't stay there again
Terrible cleaning of the rooms, I found objects from previous guests and bird feathers under the bed as well as hair in the food served for breakfast. Again during breakfast, I asked the employee if he could clean up the food residues under the table of those who had eaten before with the broom (so as not to get them stuck under my feet), he told me that it wasn't possible. The sauna does not reach the correct temperature and the spa shower was leaking water everywhere, practically unusable. However, the courtesy and kindness of the staff was excellent.

Rooms are outdated. The pictures of the rooms posted are deceptive. It's not renovated. There are stains on the floor and walls. The only good thing is tram connectivity. I wouldn't recommend it.
