我們來蜜月旅行

飯店位置位於市區，有多輛路面電車及公車可達，交通方便，附近有超市咖啡廳等，接待人員也非常健談，房間佈置簡單大方、隔音好、插座也多，還有免費咖啡膠囊機供使用，唯一缺點是中央空調暖氣不太暖，雖然有獨立暖氣可使用依舊感覺涼意，還有就是鄰近大馬路會有一點噪音，但下次再去蘇黎世我還是會選擇住這間飯店！

The worst hotel service Award

I have never seen the bad service as this hotel before ! Mercure Stoller hotel is very strictly control of the check in and check out time, it was my first experience in my travel. On 30 April 2014, I arrived hotel at 1:15p.m. but cannot check in, because their check in time is 3p.m., I am so tired so request to early check in, actually is not early, the staff refuses and show you the price list if you want to early check in, charges 20CHF for one hour,30CHF for 2 hours even the room is available ! I check out on 2 May also strictly at 11a.m., same thing as the charges if you want to check out at noon. Very small lobby and very small room in 4 stars hotel standard, the management should improve the service levels from the customer not only say "thank you". For me I will not stay this hotel again anymore.

Excellent amenities

The hotel can be reached directly by Tram No.3 outside Zurich HB in 13 minutes. Given its amenities, the hotel is certainly recommended for its value!

Very comfy stay at low rates!

Transportation is easy in Zurich so it's okay to stay a few stops from HB station.. spacious room, comfy bed, and there's an almost 24 catering opens nearby :)

酒店的reception服務一般，房間很細，但整體還不錯，但四星的酒店並沒有四星的服務，距離火車站頗遠，但電車站在附近，所以還好。

Mediocre hotel with tiny room and reasonable price

The hotel comes with a reasonable price compared to other downtown accommodations and can be reached by tram 3, six or seven stops from Hauptbahnhof. The room we booked was quite small but comfortable and equipped well with espresso machine, fridge and nice bathroom with small TV. The TV in the bathroom connects directly to the outside one so be careful what you watch when someone's in the bathroom :P... Breakfast is not include so we just head for the nearby Coop supermarket for snacks. There's also buses that goes to Hardbrücke, a hip area transformed from former industrial zone which is worth a visit.
