「This property has a lot of potential. They started out right with good decor but missed when it came to the quality of the installation of things like fans, faucets, and dehumidifier. (The kitchen faucet, for instance wasn’t even attached to the counter). Our host Lucia was kind and responsive. The bed was not comfortable - rather than using King sheets to make one bed for us, we had two twins just pushed together We did have major issues with the cleanliness of the apartment, most notably...

「Perfect location for Granada! The room was VERY clean and decoration/amenities were perfect. Although we have lifetime friends in Granada, it was a bit off-putting that we could not invite them to our room and offer a wine while we changed or chilled.」

「The room is a suite with a kitchen, nice and clean, and affordable. Staff is very nice. We arrived early due to train cancellation by Renfe. We were able to store one backpack there so we could start touring the city before checking in. High-end feeling for sure. Cleaning is offered upon request, but it is not clear if they would charge for that and what is the extra to pay. So try to keep the room tidy if you want to enjoy the whole stay. 」

「Located in a quiet neighborhood. Near transportation to Alhambra. The apartment was clean and bright with a washer. The check in information from the property management was clear and easy to follow. We received a bottle of wine as an welcoming gift and we enjoyed our stay at this apartment.」

「The way up by car is not for the faint hearted. Read the instructions clearly or you may come across serious problems. Once you get there, the parking is great. Hotel has an excellent location, and you can basically walk everywhere around the old part of town. Walking to Alhambra is doable but we took the bus and we were glad we did. Reception lady is very helpful and accommodating. Rooms are spotless with thick, fresh towels in the bathrooms. Great experience overall.」

「The location is wonderful for exploring the Alhambra area. You can walk to the Sacromonte and Albaicin areas as well. It was nice to have a little kitchen. My one main complaint was that i booked this property specifically for the shuttles that were offered (first thing mentioned on Expedia).
