「Great service 」

「Expedia sent me a message saying "Guests loved the breakfast. What about you?" -- How can Expedia make such blatant mistakes?-Urban Hotel is nice, -one of the better hotels I've stayed at here in Ukraine.-But they don't offer breakfast. You can buy a cup of coffee for 20 hyrivnias. Expedia should do a better job sending out messages to travelers on trips.-」

「Nice clean hotel walking distance from the old town(20 min) and the railway station (10 min). Modern and convenient. Second stay in three years, will come back again.」

「It was fine and clean. The bathroom counter was big. It did not have drinking water, air conditioning, a small convenience store or a fridge. The parking was good and easy 」

「pros:looks new. clean and mordern. staff is helpful. close to old town and everything while away from the noises. bed is comfortable cons: while i appreciate free coffee and bottled water in the lobby, it would be perfect to have kettle and fridge in-room. toilet ground is wet after shower because there is leakage from the shower cubicle. 」

「The services in this hotel were very good. The restaurant provided a cheap but very delicious lunch-meal (4 euro only), including every essential items from Monday till Friday. The staffs at counter are kind and very helpful. I like this hotel. The hotel was mid-way between town centre and railway station. 「Really classy place in one of the best areas of Lviv. There’s a great rooftop terrace, and the restaurant is good. Walkable, safe, clean, and a heck of a value for the money. ALL staff were so friendly and welcoming I’ll be staying here on my next visit! 」

「George Hotel is the oldest hotel in Lviv, the wooden floor in room is in poor. Some rooms have to share toilet and bathroom, so please make sure which type of room you want to book. The breakfast buffet is unexpectedly good.」
